The papers that you download
download_papers() downloads open-access copies, and it obeys robots.txt by default. The
licence of each paper is in the licence column of its result. A licence such as CC BY permits
you to share the text; other licences do not. Check the licence before you publish the text of a
paper, for example in a notebook output.
